The room made me feel comfortable, and it was very good.

The mattress felt like a slab of granite, and the bed smelled bad. I found the rooms dirty and unhygienic, with blankets that stink and, in my experience, don't get washed. You can also hear short beeps from reception, so there's no privacy. The room charge is awful for what you get, a total waste of money. If you do stay, bring your own blanket.

Getting around by train was easy since the hotel is only a few minutes away, and there are some very good food places nearby. Our room was clean, the promised amenities were there, and the staff were polite. I had a very good stay here.

The staff were friendly, and I liked my three-day stay with my sister. A non-AC room was 1.2k and an AC room 1.5k, so the rooms felt like good value. The location is great, within walking distance of Airoli railway station and the bus stand.
