Hotel Sai Bansi

Really nice food, and I had an amazing stay.

We booked months ahead, but when we arrived they said our room had been given to someone else. The room they offered was tiny, with dirty sheets and pillows, and there were no toiletries or basic cleaning. I don't know how this place has four stars. Only stay here if you have no other choice or are short on money.

I've stayed here twice in two months, and have been delighted both times. Hotel sai bansi offers hourly bookings with Brevistay, which is great. Room service is genuine, the food service was top notch, and the rooms were crisp and tidy with clean bathrooms. There's a good range of room sizes. The receptionist understood our needs and helped us change rooms when one became available. This isn't a paid review. The stars don't do justice to the service. I'd absolutely recommend booking through Brevistay or calling directly.

My family had a terrible experience with the hot water in the washroom. Because the hotel hadn't fixed a fault in the water heater, family members were badly burned while using it. The staff showed no humanity or apology. Instead, they behaved foolishly and rudely, demanded full payment, and tried to hide the mistake. We still paid the full amount despite the physical harm and the hard time we went through there. This place felt totally unsafe. Please don't visit, and be aware you could burn yourself using the washroom. Owner, fix the place and take people's safety seriously. If you can't run it with care, stop doing business. Totally disappointed!
