The room was dusty, with hair on the bed, and the pillows and mattress were old and mouldy. The linen and towels had gone yellow from age. The TV didn’t work, and guests weren’t allowed in the room even though I’d booked for two. The manager was rude and illiterate. The photos make this place look nothing like it really is. It felt like a lodge, and staying there was a total waste of money.

The AC barely worked, and at first they didn’t even give us a comforter. The room we were initially given on the third floor wasn’t fully functional either. There was a hole in the false ceiling, and rats made noise above it all night. It was a horrible experience.

My confirmed booking was cancelled without warning, and I was left trying to find somewhere else at the last minute. They gave no communication beforehand and showed no regard for my plans. I’m outraged by how unprofessional this was. The cancellation caused inconvenience and expenses, and I consider it a breach of contract. If they don’t address it immediately, I’ll pursue legal action. Others should think carefully before booking here.

After taking full payment, they cancelled my confirmed booking a month later. I’d reserved two rooms for 6k, then they demanded 59k for the same dates and offered no solution beyond saying that was the new price. That’s outrageous. This isn’t a five-star hotel, so I don’t understand the increase. Pathetic and greedy service. I’d give them zero stars.
