Housekeeping was hard to get hold of and reluctant to clean. We had to keep asking and arguing before they would do it, which made the stay unpleasant. The room itself was in poor shape, especially the sheets and pillows, and they don't provide water. Bring your own bedding and pillows.

The room wasn't clean at all. There were lots of marks on the toilet seat, and the stained pillow covers and sheets, including a torn sheet, made it look as though the bedding hadn't been changed. For cleanliness, this place gets a straight 0 out of 10. I booked two nights for Rs.2800, but the man at the counter said rooms cost at least 1600 per day and demanded another 400rs. He wouldn't cancel it himself and told me to cancel if I wouldn't pay. After we talked, he asked for at least 200rs more. I paid because it was already late and finding somewhere else would have been difficult.

The AC is stuck at one temperature, and the TV didn't work. The pillows and blanket didn't look clean either. The OYO website showed 2100 for two days per room, but reception said the price had changed and charged 3200, an extra 1000 per room.

They asked me to pay twice, saying OYO hadn't sent the payment, and then pushed me to book directly with them instead of through any website. The AC barely works, there's no drinking water, and they didn't clean the mattress, sheets, or towels. Breakfast doesn't start until 10 am.
