Bloom Hotel - Taloja Navi Mumbai

At Bloom Hotel Taleja, Rahul Kumar was kind and helpful when we accidentally left our belongings behind. He thoughtfully reminded us and helped us out. He and the staff were caring and warm, and that kind of hospitality makes a real difference. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

Bloom Hotel, Taloja felt peaceful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The modern property was clean and well kept, and my spacious, neatly designed room had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were attentive, courteous, and quick to help, always with a smile. The fresh, delicious food was well presented and good value. With its convenient location, it worked well for both business and leisure. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for comfort, quality, and hospitality.

The hotel’s bright yellow Bloom look adds to the experience, and the stay is cool and comfortable. There’s a cute, well maintained pool on the top floor, a small gym downstairs, and the hotel’s food is worth mentioning. Most in-room services are available by scanning a QR code and using its private chatbot, which reflects how digitized Bloom’s services are. It’s an affordable option near industrial hubs like PCL and Deepak fertilizers, and Bloom seems a strong contender among India’s hotel franchises. My one gripe was that the in-room phone service was disabled, so I had to go down to the ground-floor hotel to order room service. I hope they address that.

The staff were polite and very cooperative, and the service was good too. A really nice hotel and a great experience. 👍
