We booked this for a budget office trip, so the industrial surroundings were acceptable. The hotel is in a completely industrial area, as are all the properties nearby. A nicer room might look better inside, but the environment outside is the same. I'm sharing images and recorded videos so other travelers can make an informed choice and management can see what needs fixing. The stay wasn't satisfactory, and service, maintenance and professionalism all need significant improvement. The replacement room was closer to the booking photos, with more space and a proper, comfortable bathroom. MakeMyTrip support helped after we explained the situation and set up a call with the hotel, which eventually agreed to move us. Before that, the staff's response to our concerns was shocking: “Why did you come here? This is not for corporate persons.” When we first asked to change rooms, they said all rooms were the same size. Our first room was nothing like the images on MakeMyTrip. Though booked for two, it wasn't comfortable for even one person. The bathroom was tiny, like an Indian Railway sleeper class washroom, the tap didn't work properly, and neither did the jet spray. The room smelled bad, and the location brought a lot of mosquitoes. Neither of us slept properly, which affected our office meetings the next day. The new room had a noisy window AC that made a generator-like sound every few minutes, possibly from a loose window or a compressor issue. It disturbed our sleep for the next four nights. They adjusted the window on the fifth and last night, and only then could we sleep peacefully.
