The room was okay, but didn't look anything like the pictures. Fab Hotels charged me for breakfast through the online booking, but the hotel has no kitchen of its own and didn't provide breakfast from outside either. I paid in advance and got no breakfast.

I paid for breakfast, but they didn't provide it. They blamed the online platform, saying it adds breakfast without asking them, and told me to contact the platform I booked through. That was unacceptable behavior. The room also looked nothing like the pictures, and the AC barely worked. The fan was just a table fan mounted on the ceiling. The price wasn't justified, and I wouldn't want anyone to book a room here.

The rooms were smaller than expected and weren't cleaned every day. Staff were a little slow, though the service was good. At 2000/- per night, it didn't feel worth the price, and flexible check-in and check-out cost a lot. An average stay, though very good for couples.

The room was small, so I'm taking off a star, and the price felt high for the location and interior. Still, the hospitality was very good and we were greeted warmly. The AC worked properly and the room was clean. We also ordered a tali, which could be improved: the dahi was very sour, and I didn't like the chana bhaji or the other bhaji, whose name I don't know. Apart from that, it was good.

I used to be a regular here, but when I asked to switch rooms, the reception staff refused and spoke to me very roughly. The room was in bad shape and hadn’t been cleaned properly, with the wall finish peeling and the A/C not cooling. One of the worst bookings I’ve made. I wouldn’t book this hotel.
