Sapphire Boutique Hotel

The staff made our stay at Sapphire Hotel feel easy and homely. Henna Ma’am welcomed us at reception, and Sandeep Sir took great care of the food service. Niranjana Sir, Madhu Sir, and the rest of the team were kind, supportive, and helpful throughout. We had a really comfortable stay. Thanks again for the lovely hospitality.

Heena at the front desk really stood out for her professionalism, clear communication, and helpfulness. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasure, with plenty of good quality food to choose from. Sapphire Boutique Hotel in CBD Belapur has modern, well-kept facilities, and I’d happily recommend it.

Bhola Yadav was the one person who made our stay a little better. He was polite, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care, always assisting when we needed something. The rest of the experience at Hotel Sapphire was very disappointing. Service was poor, and the manager and receptionist were rude and unprofessional. Even an extra glass came with a charge, which felt ridiculous. Their guest rules also seemed to depend on whether you paid extra, despite guests supposedly not being allowed. That double standard felt dishonest. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Bhola was the only one who helped us and made the stay less miserable. The rooms were really clean but quite small, and I think they're worth 3k at most. Breakfast was fine. The guest policy was frustrating: they say visitors can't come in, but if you insist, they ask for 1500+ rs. We booked three rooms and still had to go collect six glasses from the other rooms ourselves. After paying 75k, that service was a letdown. If you're okay dealing with that stress, go for Hotel Sapphire.
