Mango Airoli Mumbai

Neha at the front desk made check-in and the rest of my stay smooth. She was especially helpful, and the staff were welcoming and courteous. Mumbai House Hotel was convenient for getting to nearby areas, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good range of options. The location was handy for nearby attractions and restaurants, and the staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. Neha from the front desk deserves a special mention. I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Suraj from the front desk was especially helpful and polite, with lovely hospitality. The staff were courteous and professional. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The food was poor quality. They served dry, cold rice, and when we asked why, the reply was, “sir wo last ka rice bacha hua tha isliye Aisa hi gaya,” meaning it was leftover rice. The people were highly unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this property for stays, food, or meetings. I waited four hours to get into my room. After three hours, they opened it with a master key, then I had to spend another hour without electricity because the hotel had lost the key and had no spare. When I raised it with reception, he simply said, “sorry sir I am alone looking all this message.” Highly not recommended.
