The cleanliness was the worst I've come across, with hygiene at a C grade. Rooms were nothing like the lovely website photos. I've seen slum and chawl areas in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune kept cleaner than these rooms. The owner and staff should see that for themselves. The beautiful idols of Sai Baba, Ganesh Deva, and Saraswati Devi should be moved somewhere clean and hygienic, or, if not, donated to me. Thank you.

The staff, cleanliness, and smell were all awful. I can't think of a reason to stay here unless there are no other options. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Food was priced very high, and when I looked into the kitchen it was horribly dirty. The staff were sitting there drinking alcohol. The room smelled like a dead rat, the sheets were extremely dirty, and even the plates they gave me were stained, dirty, and smelly. The switchboards and plugs, AC, TV, and flush didn't work, and there was no hot water. When I complained, the staff argued, raised their voices, and said that was how it was because this wasn't a five-star hotel. I've paid half as much for much better oyos. They also came into my room without knocking when I asked for a water bottle, which made me feel very unsafe. The place felt shady. Don't trust the photos, and don't stay here. I'd sooner sleep on the street.

The room was very dirty, and the washroom wasn't clean either. Such an unhygienic place. Don't waste your money.

The rooms were really neat and clean, and the staff were very nice. I had a very nice stay here.
