The staff were so friendly and ready to help, and the price was good too. A big thank you to the staff member who let me borrow his phone when mine broke and my partner was out. I'd recommend this hotel.

The room itself and bathroom were in good condition, but cleanliness and service were serious problems. My bedsheet and quilt looked shabby, and nobody cleaned the floor during my two-day stay. The AC didn't work at first because its remote was broken and the batteries were drained. They replaced them and got it working after I complained. The TV had no cable either. On the second day they swapped in another set-top box that had been recharged, which made it seem like they only keep a few charged to save costs. There was a bottle of local brand water in the room without an expiry date, and on the second day there wasn't even a bottle. I had to ask reception for one. When I checked out in the morning, reception was unattended for half an hour, so I had to call and ask someone to come. If you want peace of mind during a hotel stay, skip this place.

The staff responded quickly whenever I called and made the stay comfortable. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but you can order from Swiggy, Uber, Zomato, and others. It's a quiet spot despite being near the roads, and the location is excellent. Rooms are decent, with great bathrooms and nice tiling. The wardrobe has enough space, the lighting is good, and the AC and TV worked well. I did wish there were chairs in the room. The linen could be fresher and the pillows need replacing.

Room service is available, though the menu is only Indian food. The food was average and reasonably priced. We booked through MakeMyTrip at a pretty reasonable rate, and check-in was quite fast. The rooms were clean, and the polite staff were efficient without being intrusive. The hotel is right next to Apollo Hospitals in Belapur.
