Park Inn by Radisson Navi Mumbai

The washrooms need a lot of work. They seemed poorly kept, looked a bit shady, and had a noticeable mouldy smell. The hotel is also a little far from the main city, which could be inconvenient. On the positive side, the buffet had plenty of choice and the food tasted really good. My stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was a mixed experience, and better cleanliness and accessibility would improve it.

Breakfast was the worst part of my stay at Country Inn by Radisson, MIDC Mahape: I found a cockroach on the dhokla at the morning buffet. That's a serious food hygiene problem and completely unacceptable for a hotel in this category. The room was shabby, old, unclean, and neglected, which made me uncomfortable from the outset. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend the property unless its food safety, cleanliness, and upkeep improve substantially. It fell far short of what I expected from a Radisson-branded hotel.

The one drawback was the slow Wi-Fi. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay: our room was clean and had a lovely mountain view, and the hotel was easy to reach. The morning buffet was quite good, with plenty of variety. They also held a flag unfurling function for Republic Day.

The breakfast was really good, and the service there was great. It was nice to see the GM, Mr. Mishra, in the restaurant during the busy hours. We also enjoyed the New Year fireworks. The pool looked clean, though pigeons nearby put us off using it. A net over the pool would help. The property itself is nice, and the staff were supportive throughout. Swapnil, the bellman, was especially friendly and helpful. We had a few problems with the phone, fridge, and AC in our first room, but manager Paresh sorted things out and moved us to another room without a hassle. Priya at the front desk also made our last-minute check-in quick and smooth.
