The layout felt awkward, with the bed placed right in front of the door and no privacy. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, not worth what I paid. The sheet was visibly dirty and stained, making the stay feel unhygienic. The AC barely worked, leaving the room hot and stuffy, and staff did nothing when I complained. Drinking water, toiletries and other basic items were missing, and the staff seemed indifferent to all the problems. My stay at Collection O Mahape was awful and far below what I expected for the price. With hygiene and service this poor, I'd avoid the property. Rating: 0/5.

There was a restaurant, so food wasn't a concern during lockdown. The food tasted very good, and rather than sticking to the main course on the menu, they'd serve whatever you wanted. Staff were friendly, room service was fast and good, and they quickly brought whatever I asked for. My room was clean, with a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. It had a work table and lamp, reading lights by the bed, and cupboard and drawer space. They sanitized the room with a fogging machine, which you could smell, and followed all the government lockdown rules and guidelines. Great service and a nice stay. It really lives up to the name "Luxury Stays". I'd choose this hotel again on a future visit.

We booked a one-day stay at (COLLECTION O DSP HOTELS) through the OYO app, and OYO had confirmed the reservation after a call the day before. We had the required ID, but the manager still refused to let us stay unless we paid 600 more. His manner with us was terrible. After arguing, we were given a very poor room: crowded for the price, dirty, with an improper lock, and both the room and bathroom needed cleaning. We had to wait longer to get cleaned up. Since their policy doesn't allow outside food, the meal they delivered should at least have been properly covered, but it wasn't. The place was unclean and badly maintained, and the manager had the worst attitude. We wasted our money. The government ought to have revoked its permit. I'm disappointed in OYO too for partnering with such an impolite hotel.

The rooms are spacious and good, and cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained. Parking is available, though it's outside. Service is okay, and the location is outside; the map pin on the OYO app was wrong, so I travelled extra for 10 minutes. Food is good quality but expensive. The hotel seems to get mostly couple visits. It's a good place to stay, especially if you're looking for a lower price, though communication could be better. Thanks.

The service was very bad, so I wouldn't recommend it. Seems good for couples who take it for two hours and enjoy themselves, hope you understand.
