The location felt unsafe, and even the building looked very rundown. Our prepaid booking didn't stop the rude staff from wasting two hours of our time at check-in, then charging extra. They didn't compensate us for the delay either. Choosing this hotel was a big mistake. I'd tell people not to waste their money here, especially when staff seem to take advantage of your urgency for profit.

Room 218 had no almirah for luggage or even small bags, and the geyser didn't give hot water. The room was unclean and unhygienic, and I wasn't satisfied with its condition or the cleanliness. Housekeeping needs serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

I'm writing this from Room 216, and the pricing is nasty. The washroom and towels are dirty, and the room condition and service are pathetic. The receptionist was very rude. You may see lots of good reviews, but my experience hasn't been great. I can't compromise on hygiene, so I'm leaving for Sky Suites Sanpada. Never come here with your partner.

The room itself is a little above average, but I wouldn't recommend this location for families. It's in the middle of the fruit market, with a bar and bar dancers right beside the hotel, including the bar's back door. With friends, though, you might enjoy the night. You can watch the dancers for free from that back door.

They demanded extra money at check-in, even though that charge wasn't shown when I booked. We had booked online, but they said they don't accept online payment and refused to take the amount shown online. The whole thing ruined our mood. The manager was no help, and I felt these people were a bunch of frauds.
