Shera Hotels & Banquets - Navi Mumbai

The bathroom was clean and hygienic, with new fixtures, and the room's dirty linen was changed quickly when I asked. But the only real plus is the location. Breakfast was poor value, with very few options and low quality, served in a makeshift basement dining area that was a real turn-off. Parking is extremely limited, and otherwise you have to leave the car unsecured on the main road. I got back from work at 5am, then was woken at 9 to move my car because someone had removed their scooter parked inside. It was crazy.

The staff at Shera Hotels & Banquets were the best part of our stay. They helped with everything from an Amazon delivery to a dispute with a taxi driver, and made us feel supported while we were in an unfamiliar country. As visitors to India, we were feeling out of our depth at times, but having somewhere safe to rest and collect ourselves helped us relax and enjoy learning about the culture. We came for the Travis Scott concert and Rolling Loud music festival in Navi Mumbai, and picked a budget-friendly place with decent amenities to cut down the journey to the venue. The late-night trip from Mumbai airport took about 70 minutes. We told the hotel we'd arrive around 2 AM, and they said that was fine. A staff member was there to welcome us and hand over the keys. The room looked like the online photos. It was modern and clean, though things showed some wear. A plumbing problem was fixed within an hour after we reported it. The location isn't great for regular trips around Mumbai. Each taxi ride took about an hour to an hour and a half depending on traffic, and even though we expected that, all the traveling was tiring. The staff's care made the stay worthwhile.

Banquet Manager Raj Bisht deserves a special thanks for staying attentive and making sure everything went smoothly. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere lovely, and the service top-notch. We had an amazing time at the restaurant, and his care made the visit memorable.

The food was okay and the service was good, but the room was shabby. There were stains all over the sheets and blankets, like they hadn't been changed in ages. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was ash in the bathroom. I had to switch rooms twice.
