The location is good, and the rooms are decent for the budget. But service was poor, and the intercom didn't work. Breakfast was included in my booking, yet the hotel refused to provide it. Even tea wasn't available in the morning until around 8.30-9.00.

It was an average stay. The location worked well and the room was comfortable enough, but the basic amenities and merely fine service didn't leave much of an impression. It's okay if all you need is somewhere to sleep, as long as you aren't expecting anything special.

The bathroom was especially poorly maintained, and the staff were very rude. I was disappointed with the rooms and service too. We requested a cancellation but never received a refund. Priyanshi, who helped with the booking, hasn't replied about it, and the service number listed for fab hotel doesn't work. The photos are misleading. Poor management.

The room was much smaller than it looked online, with a cockroach in the bathroom and an AC that wouldn't cool. We didn't even get a complimentary water bottle, something we get in almost every hotel. We were 15 minutes late for check-in, and the rude night receptionist said there was no room despite our online booking. The staff weren't cooperative. Worst experience I've had.

The location is good, and the room was average. Service was very bad and needs improvement.
