Cockroaches were coming out of the bed and were also in the bathroom. The taps didn’t work, and the rooms were very dirty. We had to beg the staff to clean the room and change the sheets, but they still didn’t do it.

My booking was cancelled when I arrived, even though I’d paid in advance 22 days earlier. The TV didn’t work, there was no phone in the room, and mobile reception was bad in and around the hotel. The bathroom smelled and wasn’t maintained, and the room was poorly kept. There’s no lift, and both the interiors and exteriors are run down, with broken windows. The Google photos are extremely misleading. Don’t decide based on them.

I booked for two days but left the next morning. The room was shabby, with no tea, coffee, intercom or TV. Service was very poor: without an intercom I had to call on my mobile, and nobody answered. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but it still hadn’t been provided by 9am, despite my asking the night before. Don’t trust the pictures, this is a pathetic hotel.

We chose this hotel because my husband and I had a late-night event. Check-in went smoothly, and we got the room we wanted, but there were cockroaches all over it. They were in the bathroom, wardrobe and side table, as well as around the room. It felt gross and extremely unhygienic, and we won’t return. There was no kitchen service or lift either, which made things even more inconvenient.
