The hotel is easy to get to, just off the main road, and there are several good places to eat at the Satra complex nearby. There’s also a multiplex close by. The property is well kept and works as a standard business hotel. I wasn’t impressed by the restaurant. The food was just okay, and breakfast had an acceptable selection but wasn’t great. They sometimes serve a butter substitute instead of the Amul butter cubes they used to provide, despite charging good money. That was disappointing. I’d head to one of the restaurants within 100-200 metres instead.

I arrived very late, but Satish, the front desk manager, made check-in easy and arranged for warm food. He was courteous and followed up with the kitchen so dinner was brought to my room. I had an excellent experience.

Being well connected was a big part of why I liked this place. It was my first stay, and I enjoyed the feel of the hotel. Sanjana and Satish were quick to respond and helpful.

The rooms are worth it, and the staff are polite. The location in Vashi is excellent, so I’d recommend staying here. I wouldn’t choose to eat at the hotel, though, since the food wasn’t that delicious.

There’s plenty of parking at the hotel, and the staff are courteous. The location is excellent and the food is good too. The rooms need attention: my bedsheets were spoiled, and the outside of the window pane was dusty and could use a cleaning. A few changes could make this the No. 1 hotel in the area.
