Hotel Nivara By OYO Rooms

The staff treated us really well 😊 and the room facilities were excellent. Service was so good.

We were three families, and they let all of us check in at 5 in the morning, even though it was very early. We got three rooms without disturbing anyone. The rooms were clean and nice, and everything they said would be provided was there. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the manager, Mr. Sachin. I had a happy, wonderful stay and am glad to share the experience.

The room was good, and the bathroom was clean. Service was good too. It's a small hotel near turbhe railway station, and you can check in with a local ID. The food didn't work for me, though. I ordered Schezwan rice and it was overcooked.

The room price didn't feel justified, and at checkout they even pushed us to give a 4 star rating. The washroom had no towels, handkerchiefs, soap, or shampoo, and its tap wasn't working. The windows shook whenever heavy containers passed on the nearby highway. The room wasn't soundproof either, so we could hear people talking in the corridor behind it.
