Hotel Yatri Inn Vashi Navi Mumbai

We booked through the Oyo app, which didn't mention their own policy about bringing in outside food. They used that as a reason to stop us bringing in alcohol we'd already bought, telling us to return it, while allowing us to bring food. It felt like a rude way to push their own alcohol stock, and they couldn't even stick to their own rule. On top of that, staff kept disturbing us, and the supposed queen bed had two single mattresses joined together that kept sliding apart. They ruined our stay together. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

For the price they charge, the quality just isn't worth it. There were cockroaches all over the room, and basic cleanliness was missing. The food tasted different with every order, and the service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at yatri in and had one of my worst hotel experiences. The room had visible stains and an unpleasant smell, and it wasn't clean. Staff were unresponsive, and even basic requests took a long time. Some advertised amenities were missing or didn't work properly. The whole stay was highly disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were awful, with cockroaches around, leaking AC units, exposed wires at the electrical outlets, and a geyser that didn't heat properly. The fire exits weren't even marked. This isn't a family restaurant, so please avoid it. I'd give it minus five stars if I could.
