Fabexpress Royal Inn

I've stayed at Royal Inn regularly and always chose it, which made this visit especially disappointing. My partner and I spent the night in a room with a severe bed bug infestation. We were bitten all night and woke up covered in bites. It was agonizing and sleepless, and I have video of the bugs crawling around. There was also a noticeable unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. On earlier stays, I've experienced frequent morning power cuts, so the odor and outages add to my concern about basic maintenance and guest comfort. When I told the morning manager about the bed bugs, they didn't take responsibility or offer a genuine apology. Instead, they blamed the night manager for giving us that room. That was deeply insulting and unprofessional. The hygiene problems, recurring smell and power outages, and the way management responded are unacceptable. I expected much better from a hotel I've visited so often. Until Royal Inn fixes these issues and shows it cares about guests' well-being, I'd advise people to stay away.
