Dream Valley Resort

The food was good, but it was served in a dining hall without air conditioning. Guests were walking in wet clothes, and some were half-dressed. There didn't seem to be staff making sure basic dining etiquette and hygiene were followed. We visited Dream Valley Resort, Hyderabad for a daycation and were disappointed. Crowds weren't controlled effectively, so the pools and water attractions were uncomfortably packed. Maintenance was another major problem: the water slides weren't slippery enough, so we had to push ourselves along to reach the end. That took away the fun and raised safety concerns. The pools, water activities, bathrooms, and changing rooms were poorly maintained, and the bathrooms and changing areas were especially unhygienic and smelled strongly. The resort has potential, but the poor upkeep, overcrowding, and lack of hygiene management affected our visit.

The rain dance area needed better cleaning, and its floor was quite slippery, which spoiled that part a bit. The rest of our visit was incredible. The kids had an absolute blast, the water was crystal clear, and the greenery made everything feel refreshing. The rides were fun and kid-friendly, and the non-slippery ground added to the safety. The food was delicious too.

We came for a team outing and found the place green and pleasant. It's better suited to small groups, with lawns but not many outdoor activities. The water activities were good, the food was good but a little spicy, and service was fine. They have several stay options.

The place is surrounded by greenery, and the water activities are good and hygienic. The buffet was very tasty, the washrooms were clean, and the service was good. Everyone was helpful. A must-visit.
