There were plenty of activities, which helped make the stay just okay. Pottery, bangle making, caricatures, carrom, table tennis, and some indoor games were included. The video game controllers weren't working properly, and bowling was about ₹800 per person, with some other games also costing extra. They offered cycling, but only had one cycle and it wasn't in good condition. The suite itself was decent, though the balcony was very dirty. Bathroom upkeep was poor: the tap came off in our hand, and the bathtub was so impractical in size that it felt like it was there just for show. The pool edges were very rough and could potentially hurt someone. Breakfast was a letdown too, with many items gone before service had ended. Staff service was slow and didn't feel warm or welcoming, which was disappointing. For a five-star hotel, the cleanliness, upkeep, and service fell far short of what I expected from Radisson Karjat. The range of amenities is the strongest part, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury or premium experience. They need to maintain the standards associated with the Radisson brand.

We chose Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Karjat for our first wedding anniversary and left with wonderful memories. The resort is lovely, but what made the stay stand out was the team. Mahima, Pratima, and Chikom were kind, attentive, and cheerful, and their personal, genuine care made us feel special throughout. Thank you to everyone for making our anniversary so memorable. We'd happily return, and I'd recommend it to anyone after a warm, luxurious, welcoming getaway.

The buffet was beyond what we expected, and Chikom and Jasmine at the restaurant were especially courteous and took care of everything we needed. We had a wonderful anniversary celebration here. Our room had a lovely luxurious feel, and Sandeep added to the occasion with very pretty anniversary decorations. A well-managed, luxurious experience, definitely worth visiting when you can. 😊

The rooms were huge compared with standard hotel rooms, and meticulously clean. After two days enjoying the spacious room, thoughtful amenities, and attentive staff, I understood why the price is on the high side. Luxury really does come with its price tag. There was plenty of choice at meals, and the presentation was top-notch, though the food tasted just medium. The staff more than made up for that with their helpfulness and genuine smiles, which made every meal pleasant. We also managed to fit in swimming, focused yoga, and other relaxing activities, then had a wonderfully laid-back dinner. We spent two days at Radisson Blu in September, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. A lady greeted us with a tika, a small but meaningful nod to Indian roots and traditions. Breakfast, smooth check-in, and then lunch all flowed easily and set a relaxed tone.
