The restaurant was average in taste, and the AC worked fine. The rooms were average for the price, over 2k, with cockroaches and lots of noise throughout the day and night until 7. The staff seemed busy with something else and weren't helpful even with simple questions. The only pro is the location near the Temple.

For what I paid, over 1800, this was a terrible stay. The room smelled, there was fungus by the bed, and the bathroom had rust. They didn't leave towels, and the tea was made with milk powder instead of real milk. Getting to the hotel was difficult too. There was no intercom or Wi-Fi, so we had to ask for everything, and they wanted extra money for an early check-in.

The restaurant was a bright spot, the food came hot and tasted good, and the service was good. Our room looked out straight over the krishna river, and the floors, bathroom and general hygiene were good. Staff were gentle, and the hot water was nice. The bedspreads were torn, though, and the AC in one room wasn't working. That really needs attention.

After a full day on the road, I spent another hour arguing with reception. I called the number in my booking to ask for the manager, and the receptionist argued about why I wanted to speak to them. The hotel hadn't checked the room's cleanliness before assigning it. Only when I decided to leave did they understand the problem and move me to another room. It was a disappointing way to end the day.

The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious, and the staff were just right. For this location, especially near the temple, it's the best hotel around compared with the nearby options.
