Our checkout was delayed because of a road accident. We'd already told reception in advance that we might be late, and they said it would be okay. But when we checked out, the receptionist was rude and demanded ₹1,000 for late checkout. After an argument, the charge came down to ₹500, but the attitude stayed unprofessional and disrespectful. Even more shocking, the receptionist told us, “If you have a problem, then don’t come to this hotel again.” Saying that to paying guests is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the hotel's service. Instead of understanding the delay was caused by an accident, the staff were arrogant, rude, and dismissive. It was a terrible end to our stay and ruined the experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who expects respect, professionalism, or basic courtesy from hotel staff.

The ambience is excellent, and the furniture is really aesthetic. We've stayed here many times with our baby, and the rooms have always been very clean and hygienic. They provide a kettle in every room. I'd recommend it to families planning a stay.

After arriving in the afternoon with our luggage, we were told the hotel was full, despite having booked well in advance through Booking.com. Staff said they'd informed Booking.com that the room wasn't available, but neither side had sent me a warning or cancellation. They made no effort to sort out the situation and left us essentially stranded. We lost three hours of our trip looking for somewhere else to stay. It's completely unacceptable to overbook and then let guests find out only when they reach the front desk. The mismanagement and lack of accountability were beyond disappointing. I wouldn't recommend booking here if you expect a room to be ready when you arrive.

Room service was excellent, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well kept, with all the amenities I needed. I had a great stay.
