The checkout rule was especially harsh: even 11:01 AM seemed to be treated like a crime, with no grace time. Hotels like Novotel or Taj understand the idea of allowing a little extra time. I’m surprised they didn’t call security. The rooms felt like maintenance had stopped years ago, and the cleaning staff somehow disappeared every day. Don’t expect daily cleaning, it’s basically DIY. Staff were impressively unhelpful, with passive-aggressive behavior and a bare-minimum approach. For hot water, I had to ask 3-4 times and wait, and even then it might only be lukewarm. If you’re tired of clean rooms, friendly staff, and basic hygiene, this is the place for you. It’s an experience that’ll lower your standards in life.

This was my third visit, and the blanket in the room was so dirty I couldn’t even adjust it. The TV wasn’t working either, so I asked the person at the counter to change my room. He refused right to my face and questioned why I’d booked the room. That’s no way to treat a customer. I need urgent action.

I chose this hotel because it advertised complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and TV services, but the manager neither mentioned nor honored those benefits. That made my stay worse, since I’d booked based on those promised amenities. The manager was often unavailable, and calls to his number were frequently ignored, so getting help with problems was nearly impossible. His communication was also inadequate and unprofessional. There was little clarity or transparency, which left me confused and frustrated on several occasions. I’m highly disappointed by this deceitful, unprofessional service, which fell far below the standard I expected.
