We were 10 adults and 5 children in four rooms, and the stay was a very poor experience. We booked through Cleartrip after seeing a cheaper rate on Google. When we arrived after travelling 140 kms, staff said they’d stopped working with Cleartrip and wouldn’t honor the price we’d paid, even though the booking was confirmed and we had the emails. The property still appeared on their website, which suggests their Google business listing was poorly managed. We spent almost two hours arguing before they accepted it was their mistake. We had children under one year old and had to wait outside. Check-in was delayed until around 6.30 pm. Some rooms were fine, but others had bathroom problems: the toilet wouldn’t flush and the water came very slowly. We ordered dinner at about 6.30 pm and it arrived at 10pm, after a long wait with hungry, crying kids. The kids’ pool was dirty and unusable, and there wasn’t even a decent swing for small children in the park. Breakfast was tasty, though it was delayed until 9.30am. The property doesn’t seem well managed. At the rates shown on some apps, it’s not worth it. I’d say around 3500 per room is appropriate, and it isn’t worth more.

Baashid and Najmal were especially friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The staff overall were welcoming, and the food was great. This is a nice, budget-friendly resort, cozily set near Rippon Tea Plantations. I’d recommend it for a calm vacation :)

We held a party for 69 guests on 28 March 26, and the team handled all the arrangements superbly. The staff were cooperative and helpful. Thanks to Najmal, Basith and the team. I recommend this resort.

We arrived around 5:00 PM and found the property unclean and poorly maintained. The general condition fell well below basic hospitality standards, so calling it a resort feels misleading. There was no intercom or other way to reach staff from the room. We ordered dinner at 6:30 PM and were first told it would be ready by 8:30 PM. Then we were told it would be delayed again because of Christmas celebrations. It finally arrived at 9:45 PM, which was unacceptable with two children travelling with us. The next morning, the bathroom had no water at all. We waited nearly 30 minutes just to get enough for basic use. Cleanliness, service, and basic facilities all fell short. I strongly advise travellers to choose somewhere else.
