The rooms are tiny and poorly maintained, and the atmosphere is low quality. The receptionist was unprofessional and offered no support. It feels like the OYO app is just for show. I'd advise the hotel management to improve the service and atmosphere. If you're travelling alone, don't go there.

I wouldn't return. A staff member charged me 30 rupees for a bottle that cost 20, then added 120 rupees in service charges for the food I'd ordered. There were hidden charges, and that boy acted as if he owned the hotel. I don't know whether the owner knows how he behaves, but if he keeps working there, I doubt people will come back. He also asked me to leave before my allotted room time was up. The owner should take strict action so guests can have a better experience. There are other hotels along the same route if you're looking for a good one.

The lane is so narrow that even a cycle rickshaw can't get in. Inside, the rooms, beds, and bathroom were filthy, and there wasn't a bathroom tap. The man at reception acted like a thug. It's shameful that OYO calls this a Flagship property. I want a full refund. They should call it Stay Out instead of Stay Inn.

Communication was really poor, and the staff were very rude.

The room wasn't in good condition, and the service wasn't good either. I paid for an AC room, then found the AC wasn't working. There was no hot water in the bathroom or washroom. Don't book this room.
