Ankush helped carry our luggage to the room and brought towels and good knight when we asked. He was helpful, though he couldn't fix the AC when we raised the issue. We checked in at 11 p.m. for a one-day family trip, having booked two weeks ahead. The location is good and the room was okay, but the AC only blew normal air, so we had no cool breeze in the summer and had a tough time. The dustbin had no liner, although one was in another room's bin. The fan only ran at full speed, and the bathroom exhaust didn't work. Please maintain the rooms and services properly.

The bed was soft, clean, and perfectly set up, and I had one of my best sleeps in a long time. My room felt like a little haven from check-in, spotless and cozy. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone after a restful night. Five stars, no question! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff were good and the room was clean. The hot water wasn't working properly, but they fixed it quickly. A great place to stay if you're visiting the Embassy, around 10-15 minutes away.

The rooms are very small, and the rate is really overpriced. The area around the hotel isn't clean either. And I don't need your free service, okay.
