Saltstayz Premier - Paschim Vihar

I only checked into Salt Stay Premier Hotel, Paschim Vihar because other hotels were unavailable, and the stay was extremely disappointing. In Room No. 108 I found what looked like a female item left by a previous guest, which made it seem the room hadn’t been cleaned properly before I arrived. The staff moved me to Room No. 301, but there was female hair all over the bed and bedsheet there too. Having two cleanliness problems in a row left me doubting the hygiene standards and whether rooms are properly prepared. Cleanliness and safety are basic expectations, especially for business travelers and families. I’m posting this so others can be cautious about staying here for either purpose.

We held my brother’s wedding here and booked the whole hotel. The Manager Rajesh was always available to meet our needs. We had the cocktail event in the banquet hall and the Haldi ceremony on the Terrace. It was a really great experience, thank you ♥️

I left after one night instead of staying longer. The room was shabby and poorly maintained, the towels were dirty, and hygiene overall was very poor. Room service never came despite repeated calls. At check-in, reception said my luggage would be brought up, but after waiting and calling several times, I had to go downstairs and carry it myself. It was one of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Saltstayz, Paschim Vihar to anyone looking for a comfortable or professional stay.

The food was good, and the room was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the manager and chef to the security staff. The hotel’s central location also made it easy for us to get to different places. We had a great stay.
