The dining area and restrooms aren't on the same floor, which was quite inconvenient. Hot water was another problem: it wasn't readily available for bathing and only came after repeated requests, and management wouldn't provide hot water to drink. I also found the service poor and the staff's conduct unprofessional. Given the facility management and level of service, I can't recommend the place.

The rooms are compact, clean, and tidy, and the hotel is well maintained. The staff were very cooperative. Praveen Kumar at the front desk was excellent and made sure we got everything we needed.

The dining area and washroom are on different floors, which was inconvenient. Hot water for bathing was available only for limited hours and only after asking repeatedly, and they don't provide hot water to drink. The staff were very rude and the service was very poor. A very unsatisfactory stay.

The hotel is well located near jhandewalan metro station, and the food was good. We stayed at hotel kabir palace two days ago. The rooms were good and clean, and the staff were cooperative and supportive.

A good budget choice if you're looking for a safe, solid place without luxury. The room was clean, had the basic amenities, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s well placed for exploring the city on foot and good value for money.
