Hotel Jyoti Deluxe

I checked in, but cancelled soon after because of the room and the way I was treated. The receptionist was awful and treated me like a dog. The hotel gave just one towel for two people, the toilet had no flush, and both the toilet and the place overall were filthy. The service was poor. I had a very bad experience, and honestly, staying on the street would have been better.

The owner made it clear he didn't care how guests felt. When I asked whether everyone was treated that way, he said he was in the business to make money, that lots of people wanted to stay there, and I could stay or leave because it hardly mattered to him. I had already waited about an hour after arriving at 1 PM, and the food was very expensive for awful quality. For the price of a night's stay, you can find somewhere better. This place could ruin your holiday. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The area was extremely dirty, and I didn't feel it was safe for women. Service was terrible too: I arrived from the airport at 2 AM and was turned away. When I reported it, the property told Agoda I had checked in. Do not stay here.

The toilets were unsanitary, the rooms were dusty and hadn't been cleaned, and there weren't proper facilities. Receptionists were rude, the service was terrible, and the food was bad. If you care about cleanliness or peace of mind, don't stay here. I'd give it an even lower rating if I could.
