Saltstayz Premier Naraina Central Delhi

Mr Tarun, the property manager, and his team looked after us so well during our event at the Naraina property from 28th Nov till 1st Dec. Everything was well coordinated, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and hygiene was clearly a priority. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready when we needed help. My guests appreciated the food throughout. Thank you to @lala ji for the beautiful decoration for the two-day event. I’ll cherish those memories. Thanks as well for taking charge of everything and supporting us. @⁨Rahul Saltstayz⁩ sir was a guiding light behind the scenes. Things had been rough between us, but he still provided the best he could. Heartfelt thanks to him too 😇😊🙏

The staff were kind and friendly, and the facilities and maintenance were superb. Housekeeping was especially helpful. I’d like to appreciate the whole team.

The rooms are good, but the service is very poor. I was in room No 312, where opening the window curtain meant losing privacy. The AC didn’t work, and nobody came to fix it despite repeated requests. There was no bucket or mug, and no stool was provided, which is a necessity for senior citizens. Breakfast was so-so, and I had to keep asking for items to be topped up.

The kitchen was the one good thing here, with tasty food. Otherwise, staff at both reception and on the floors weren’t efficient. After checking in, I had to walk around looking for my room because there were no proper signs or anyone to help. Requests made by phone to reception were handled very slowly. I booked a premium room after looking at the website photos, but got a standard room instead, and there didn’t seem to be a proper system for assigning rooms according to the booking.
