The room was big, and it was good value for money, especially for a stay of a couple of hours. But I didn't feel safe: staff belongings were in our room, one staff member nearly walked in, and we got the keys much later. There's no restaurant. Even tea had to be brought in from outside. Service was slow too. I asked for a plate and it took 30 minutes to arrive, without a spoon.
I went straight there after reaching Anand Vihar and wanted to book through the Oyo app, but the manager talked me out of it. I paid 1200 rupees for one night. At checkout, they said they could only give me a bill for 999 rupees, and they abused me badly. There were too many of them for me to fight back. Don't go there. It was horrible, and I believe the positive reviews are written by staff and their friends.
We booked six rooms through Oyo and arrived at 3:00 A.M., only to find other people occupying them. It took about an hour to get rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were unhygienic, and the staff were ineffective and undisciplined. A horrible place, unsuitable for families and couples.
There was excellent parking, and the atmosphere was nice. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were cooperative and excellent.
