The room was okay in size, and the location right on the road was the part I liked. There was an old AC without a remote. The bed was a huge nuisance, with springs that made it hard to sleep and felt like pointy objects poking my back the whole time. There wasn't an in-house restaurant, so I had to go out every time I wanted to eat. Packaged water wasn't available, and they refilled the same used bottles. God knows which unmarried couples might have drunk from them. It's no secret that many small budget hotels in Delhi rent rooms to unmarried couples, and that can go along with poor management, unhygienic practices, and lacklustre room service.

The location was good, but this was my worst hotel experience. I made a big mistake booking this cheap place for two nights. The room and all the bedding were dirty, and they wouldn't change them until I pushed. The bed was broken, with springs poking into me. They didn't provide water, toiletries, or clean towels, and there was no breakfast. You don't get a key to lock the room when you go out. The manager asked if I had any costly items and said no key was needed if I didn't, which was a casual attitude toward guest safety. It's an OYO registered hotel, but it didn't feel suitable for families. I saw people asking to book rooms for just 3-6 hours, so you can understand what kind of hotel it is. I'd give negative stars if I could.

The rooms weren't hygienic, and mosquitoes were all over. They gave me All Out, but it wasn't enough. The AC didn't work properly, and cleanliness would get a -10 from me. They hadn't even cleaned the room before check-in. Staff were unprofessional and shut the gate by 11 at night. Don't rely on an OYO booking, as they'll impose double the charges. Not recommended, better to book another hotel offline.
