I only visited for a few hours, but the room was dusty and dirty, and the bathroom hadn’t been properly sanitized. There was a bad smell from the bathroom, though the room service man said everything was okay. The bed didn’t look fresh and the TV didn’t work. At checkout they charged an extra 100rs as service charges, even though no one carried my luggage. The room wasn’t sanitized either. Wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this place.

The bed and blankets smelled awful, the fan didn’t work, and the room was dirty, with dark spitting marks all over the walls. The location, room, and hotel staff were all terrible. At checkout they asked us to pay 150 rs as service tax. When we took time to pay, they shouted at us. They didn’t even carry our bags. Please don’t visit, 100% not recommended.

The bed linens didn’t look fresh, and there was dust and dirt on the surfaces. When I arrived, the room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly sanitized. Then they charged extra money as service charges at checkout.

They add extra charges at checkout, and the rooms and staff behavior are awful. I don’t think this hotel is safe for single females. Don’t go there.

Near new Delhi station, they gave me a chadar palti room and then asked for extra money as a service charge. It was a terrible experience. Go there at your own risk.
