Booked through oyo, but they wouldn’t let me check into the room I’d picked and gave me a lower-grade one instead. The staff were rude and their service was the worst I’ve ever had.

The food was poor quality, and the whole stay was awful. I booked using the OYO app, but when I got to the hotel they refused to accept the OYO payment and charged us extra. OYO wouldn’t help either. 👎🏻

The staff’s behavior was awful. I booked through oyo, but they refused my room and gave that same room to someone else right in front of me. The photos were fake, and the good reviews seem paid. Oyo should answer for this too, since it verified the hotel. Honestly, I’d rather stay at the railway station than here. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We booked a week here for a family occasion and had already paid most of the bill. By the end, after I’d kept raising complaints about the terrible service, the owner argued with me when I asked why I should pay the balance. He had no manners. His name was Gopal, really the worst property owner I’ve seen. From day one, there was no housekeeping, the bathrooms had no electricity, the bedsheets were stained, the rooms smelled bad, and there were power cuts. The food tasted awful too. I’ve complained to OYO owner, Mr. Ritesh Agarwal, and also filed a complaint in consumer court.
