The reception was dusty and smelled awful, and the hard bed had a rotten smell that made it impossible to sleep. There was no lift to the third floor, mosquitoes kept me company, and rats were around while I was asleep. The entrance was piled with garbage from the eye hospital nearby. It's a pathetic place, a total hell if you're looking for a nightmare. I didn't have the patience to take photos.

Quick and honest take: the rooms and service were both 5/5, while food and location were 3/5. The experience was really fine overall, and everything else felt perfect. I hope they improve the food service. Yash Raj, the service boy, was very helpful, and Vivek, the manager, was humble and cooperative. Keep it up, MU CLUB :)

I really like this place. It's very nice for a stay, and the room service is good too.

For the standard price, the rooms were missing basic things like mineral water, soap, and shampoo, and the room service was pathetic. The location wasn't that great either, so it was a poor experience overall.
