The rooms weren’t neat or clean, and there was no bathroom water from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. I called reception several times and got no response. They kept saying to wait 10mints, but the water was out for 2:30 hrs.

I was refused check-in after booking a room, and the receptionist was very rude. They wouldn’t honor the price shown on OYO, and charged extra for everything ordered under room service. The bathroom taps didn’t work properly, the TV was broken, and the geyser was just for show. There’s really nothing good about this hotel. I’d rather sleep on the footpath.

A genuine review for people from Northeast: don’t book this apartment online. They won’t provide the room and will hassle you to cancel, while asking for an offline booking with extra money. The receptionist doesn’t know Hindi or English and will pressure you to speak Kannada.

The bed was dirty and had ants in it, and the towels hadn’t been washed. The bathroom ceiling was broken, too. Prices don’t match OYO’s official rates, and the receptionist wasn’t polite or communicating properly.

I booked three days but was denied check-in unless I paid more than double. I politely asked for a glass of water and they refused. That says a lot about this place.
