The Gateway Hotel Athwalines Surat

Prasenjit, the housekeeper, was polite, attentive, and hardworking, and kept my room comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The management was also organized, professional, and focused on guests from check-in through check-out. I had an excellent stay, and the hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality make it easy to recommend.

Hitesh and Dipankar were especially kind and made sure we had what we needed. The service was fantastic, and the hotel felt safe. They also provide car services. We enjoyed the clean rooms, good breakfast, and city view, plus the food court area where we could ask the chef to make whatever we wanted. We had an amazing time. If you're visiting Surat, I definitely recommend the Marriott. They take good care of their guests.

The view from the property is great, and it has spacious rooms, good parking, and a decent pool. The food is amazing, with some good restaurants at the hotel. The property itself is good, but the front desk wasn’t supportive or willing to cooperate.

We recently stayed at Surat Marriott and had a wonderful time. Check-in staff were a little cold at first, but everything after that was absolutely lovely. The rooms were great, the showers were hot, and breakfast had an amazing selection. The location was convenient too, with shops like G3 and others within walking distance. The pool and gym were great, though I wish the pool had been heated because the water was cold. I left my phone charger in the room, and the duty manager kindly sent it by courier to our next destination and gave me a tracking number. Definitely recommend this property.
