The AC worked well, and the staff were pleasant and cooperative. But the washroom wasn’t good: no cleaning and no fixed toilet seat. Water was the main issue, since it wasn’t available when needed and they turned it on when they wanted, not when the customer asked. Prices also didn’t line up. Online it was Rs 700, while the reception asked Rs. 1300, and staff said they didn’t follow Oyo pricing. The Oyo team didn’t seem to have control of the hotel and didn’t respond when needed. The staff spoke nicely, but money was still the sticking point. They wouldn’t let you stay without payment, so the price needs to be clear, whether it’s Rs 700, 1300, 2500 or 5000. Thanks!
The staff were very rude and said the online room rate wasn’t real, then asked for more money. There was no water, the place wasn’t neat, and even the fans barely worked. Worst hotel ever.
The room wasn’t clean at all, and they charged me extra instead of giving me the room at the price I booked. At checkout in the morning, the receptionist was fast asleep. I tried to wake him for 15 minutes and got no response. This hotel isn’t good.
The location was one of the few things I liked: Om Villa Residency is near Lotus Temple, East of Kailash/Sant Nagar, and Garhi Village. The frontage looked okay too, but the rooms inside didn’t match the clean, spacious photos online. I saw peeling paint, loose fixtures, and poor upkeep for the price. Honestly, I think that may just be what you get at that price in delhi 😅 Service was hit or miss. Staff could be helpful sometimes, but often seemed uninterested. Requests for extra towels, cleaning, or help with water pressure took too long or got excuses. It felt like their care dropped after check-in. There were price surprises as well: even with a confirmed online booking, they sometimes tried to add charges for “service,” “housekeeping,” “security,” or amenities. I shouldn’t have to argue for what was promised or pay more without a clear explanation. The amenities didn’t live up to their description either. Free WiFi was available but often weak, the AC struggled, and rooms felt smaller than expected. The modern comforts shown online didn’t always work well, so it didn’t feel worth the cost. For the branding and price, I expected better upkeep and hospitality, and less of a bare-minimum feel. It might do if you just need somewhere cheap to sleep for a night, but I wouldn’t count on comfort or reliability.
The place looks decent from the outside, but once you get into the room the reality hits. There was no water, no proper room lock, cigarette butts, and cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. The fan and AC had problems too, and cleanliness was terrible. The website price almost doubled right before check-in. Staff were awful and none of them seemed responsible; don’t trust what they promise. There was no food available outside after 9 pm. In the morning the receptionist was asleep and wouldn’t wake up, even if there were an earthquake outside. It’s the worst lodge I’ve stayed in, and the holiday mood can be ruined. Choose it at your own risk.
