Finding the hotel was difficult because there's no sign out front. The manager asked us for extra money, blaming OYO for non-payment, underpayment, or delayed payment. Our room hadn't been cleaned properly. The attached bathroom had no lock, the bedsheets were dirty, and packets of leftover food and used plates had been left outside the rooms. Pathetic service.

The staff's service and behavior were awful. If you book through an online platform, they'll ask for extra money and still treat you badly. I've never been somewhere worse.
