The rooms are well furnished and nice, and the staff treated us well.

The rooms felt poorly looked after, and cockroaches everywhere made the stay really unpleasant. Hygiene was appalling. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, while management showed no responsibility or willingness to sort out concerns. The place felt unwelcoming. I'd strongly advise avoiding this hotel, since both cleanliness and customer service let it down.

They charged me an extra 500 rupees for just two more hours before checkout. The staff were rude, and every request I made was denied or ignored. They didn't provide toiletries or an intercom, and there wasn't even any crockery for eating. The most pathetic hotel I've ever seen.

I’d tell people to avoid this place. My room was booked and paid for online, but when I arrived, staff demanded extra money and said I couldn't check in without paying it. They were completely uncooperative, and the whole thing was unacceptable and unprofessional. The service and attitude were deeply disappointing.
