The metro station is close by, but the facilities were poor. My room and bathroom were both very small, and it seemed like the room had already been booked for many days. The mattress was too hard. There was no bathroom light or water, and no water bottle was provided. We had to order food from outside, and the telephone didn't work. The door looked like it could break if pushed. The price was high for the room and bathroom facilities. Given what was provided, the rent should have been less than Rs 1000.

There was no drinking water in the room. I asked for some, then they charged Rs- 32/- for it at checkout, even though drinking water should be provided in the room. The AC wasn't working properly, and the room wasn't clean at all. I didn't feel safe there with family. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

There was still no water in the washroom when I checked in the morning at 8am, even though I complained at 10 pm. They never turned the washroom water on, and there was no hot water either. The lift was always out of service, but they kept saying it had only developed a problem that day. The bed cover and pillow covers I found were used. They finally changed them, but it seems to be their usual practice. Online booking suggests these are common facilities, but I had a very bad experience.

They kept guests waiting while giving poor service, even after charging 1800/- for early check-in. They charged a lot for check-in at the usual time too, though their website lists the usual charge as just 1488/-. They're money minded. Be careful, and never book rooms with them.
