OYO 11583 Hotel Prime View

It's fairly close to Chhatarpur metro, and there's a wine and beer shop nearby. The service is okay, though the room could use better basic amenities.

They served us rice, roti, and sabji, then refused to bring dal when we ordered it. They rudely said hotel service was closed, so we had to eat dry rice because the sabji was already finished with the roti. They advertised 24-hour service when we booked the room. 😡

My shoes and clothes were taken from my bag. When I asked staff to check the camera, they blamed us, said I must have thrown the things somewhere, and accused me of not wanting to pay. I called the police, and the staff beat me inside the hotel. When the cops arrived, they brought my shoes and clothes and handed them back to me. Stay away from this hotel. I think it's a fraud and could do anything to guests. Stay safe. I wouldn't go there.

I stayed in room 208 at OYO hotel Prime View in Chattarpur for my niece's wedding. Though the building is new, the room's upkeep and basic facilities were very poor. The washroom was filthy, and the taps were either broken or jammed. The main door lock was broken, and neither that lock nor the bathroom lock worked. The handles weren't properly tightened, and there seemed to be small maintenance issues in almost every room. One man appeared to be handling all the hotel affairs, so they were short on staff. Management should take this seriously and fix these problems promptly.
