The location is perfect, and the staff were the best part. Dilip was especially kind and humble, always ready to help. Staff get five stars, cleanliness four, the location about four, and the bathroom and room upkeep around three each. The room itself was just okay, and breakfast was poor, only two stars. For value, I'd give it one star. I stayed from 27-30 December and expected a better room for what I paid. I booked online through a third party, which charged a lot, so I'd suggest calling the property and booking directly if possible. The price was my main complaint.

I stayed from 25dec to 29 and the place was poorly maintained. In most rooms the bathroom doors wouldn't close, the food was very low quality, and the buckets they gave us had large holes in the bottom.

I spent three days here without any problems. The hotel was decent, the linen and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Right beside the hotel there's a bar and restaurant, which made business meetings convenient. The hotel is on main lajpat nagar ring road, and the rooms were clean and well maintained.
