The staff were rude and wouldn't help. They directly refused room service, and dealing with them made me feel unsafe. The whole place was unhygienic and dirty, with a bad smell throughout. The bathroom smelled so bad it was hard to breathe in there, and the AC didn't work. Bedsheets were wet and dirty, cigarette ash was scattered around, and there was water seepage in the bathroom. There was no parking, despite the free parking listing. The photos on Google and other websites looked fake and AI-generated, so don't fall for them. I strongly recommend staying away.

The reception person was rude and unhelpful, and the way they handled the price felt misleading and unfair. When I booked, I was told the room would cost ₹1500, but on arrival they asked for ₹1700. Since I was already there and had no time to find another hotel, I had to pay the extra amount. Hotels should be clear about prices and treat guests respectfully. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

The staff and owner really impressed me with their hospitality and behavior. A very good stay, with clean rooms, prompt service, and a convenient location.

It's a budget friendly option in a convenient spot for getting around, very close to the railway station. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are polite and helpful.
