This heritage property has a clean, hygienic feel, from the linen to the surroundings, and the service was top notch. We’ve been to Panchgani many times, including last year, but somehow missed this place. The location and hospitality made us love it, and breakfast was super delicious. Special thanks to Alok, Kishan and Rama. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

The Parsi food was a real highlight for us, everything was delicious and clearly made with care. I’d happily stay here again when I’m back in Mahabaleshwar. The property has lovely scenery and a charming Parsi feel, and the room service was top-notch. I chose a package with breakfast and dinner and really enjoyed the food, though tastes can differ. Just make sure the room you book fits your group, since it can feel cramped when too many people share it.

If you’re after peace and quiet and enjoy Parsi food, Mt. View Heritage Hotel is well worth a visit. I spent 3 nights and 4 days there at the end of Feb 2026, and found the service quick and never disappointing. Take a break and experience the place for yourself. You’ll thank me.

The valley setting is hard to beat, with a lovely view of the setting Sun. The rooms were spacious and clean, and their mutton dhansak was a particular favorite, with the Parsi food excellent overall. I’ve stayed at several heritage properties, and Mount View is at the top of my list. It was an unforgettable stay, and I can’t wait to return.
