The rooms were comfortable, clean and kept in lovely shape, and the food and atmosphere made the stay even better. We had a wonderful time at Hyatt last week. Staying in Udyog Vihar worked especially well for my business trip, with nearby corporate offices close by. Check-in was quick, and the staff were courteous and supportive the whole time. My room had the essentials, was thoughtfully laid out, and gave me a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Breakfast had a satisfying range of Indian and continental food. There’s also a fitness center and swimming pool, making Hyatt Place a good option for work trips or a short leisure stay.

We stayed for three weeks, and my kids had a great time. The rooms were clean, the room service was excellent, and Mr Abhay and Mr Parinder helped keep everything comfortable and tidy. My kids often called for room service, and staff would arrive almost right away. They were friendly and responsible. Breakfast was superb, with South Indian, North Indian and continental food. Waffles, pancakes, parathas, omelets, dosas and noodles were all really tasty. Mr Vaibhav Rawat and Mr Rahul made breakfast extra memorable, serving our choices with enthusiasm and a smile. Thank you so much.

The lobby is artistic and well kept, and the staff were awesome, always willing to help with a smile, even when it got a little crowded over the weekend. The rooms were just okay, clean but could be better for the price. The location wasn’t good for me, with connectivity issues.
