The hotel is tucked inside a residential apartment complex, a bit far from the main road. The room was spacious enough for two, the bathroom was neat, and the stay was good. Service responses were slower than at other hotels. Breakfast is complimentary, but it’s just roti, bread, and egg. The food court has only five tables, so if you arrive late, you have to wait for someone to finish.
It’s a well-maintained place in a residential society, with a heater, TV with a Tata Sky connection, AC, a good bed, and a very good washroom. There’s no food available late at night, though. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t good, just bread, puri, bateta shak, and tea.
The rooms and lobby are small, the food is very average, and the staff aren’t trained. It’s at the far end of a colony, too. If you only need somewhere for a night or a few hours, it’s not bad for the money, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.
It’s mostly been converted to a PG, though they still take bookings when rooms are available. The rate is reasonable for Gurgaon, and our room was clean and spacious, with a fridge. Don’t expect hotel services like cleaning on call. In our case, they didn’t clean the room despite regular reminders, and getting a blanket took a lot of trouble, even though that’s basic for a rented room. It’s okay for a day or two since the rent is cheaper than Oyo on weekends.
Apart from the confusing Google Maps directions that made the place a little hard to reach, the services were good. A couple in the next room were fighting, shouting, and breaking things, and hotel staff took one to two hours to handle the situation.
